I am starting to become famous for never sharing pictures of things that happen in my life till 3 months+ later… So I am not even going to make excuses anymore. I am just going to pretend these pictures are from right now. That would be a lie though, since we took these pictures before we had even experienced our first snow of the season. And we took them before a lot of other exciting things.
We took these pictures before our third October baby, little Rosie-Cake-Love, joined the family.
This day was also right before we planned to start trying to conceive human Baby Burgess #3! To update you in that department we still are NOT pregnant. It has been a few months, but I am hopeful. It took 6 months with Zoey and about 2 years with Zander. We are (trying to be) patient.
These pictures were also before Christmas! They were taken back when Zoey’s daily requests for different toys from Santa made sense. Now her daily Christmas wish lists are feeling a little premature.
We also hadn’t found my dream house… One we probably won’t be able to buy, but I still look at it on Zillow every day and imagine our lives there. It’s fun!
Let’s see what else has happened since we took these pictures:
- We experienced the Erie Snowmageddon
- We got our old car detailed and it looks like a NEW car now! On the inside only 😂. The outside looks as loved as ever.
- My dream stroller came in the mail…. MORE ON THAT SOON.
- We redecorated the whole house
- I dyed my hair brown for the first time… And I went back to blonde, almost, we are still working on getting totally there.
- We visited The Hamptons
- A caribbean cruise was booked… But probably will need to be cancelled for two reasons. I will share those reasons in a future post.
It is amazing how much life can change in just a few months! What is the most exciting thing that has happened in your life in the last two months?
