I introduced Zoey to Highschool Musical tonight. Kris went out to eat with some of his coworkers so we had a GIRLS NIGHT at home. While we were watching I said to Zoey that I thought Gabriella was in love with Zac Effron. She responded with an emphatic YES, that made me ask if she was in love with him too. I was expecting a just as passionate NO, but she suddenly got embarrassed and quiet and shrugged her shoulders. It was pretty clear she was having some kinds of feelings about him, but rather than admit it she yelled at the top of her lungs, I LOVE TV!!!!!! and that was the closest she got to admitting who her real crush was.
Another really fun part of today was a picnic Zander planned. We ate outside on the lawn this morning, and then Violet and I ‘napped’ in the sunshine. It is really nice that it is FINALLY starting to warm up just a little.
